The library contains a range of modern and classic fiction, a range of non-fiction books and a children’s section.
You can use the search option to search for the books in our library that you want to download. Alternatively you can browse books by category. However you will not be able to download any of the books unless you have joined the library.
You must join the library in order to download books. Once you have joined you can sign in and start downloading books straight away. If you are using a public computer you should end your session by closing your web browser or by signing out.
How to use our books
Books in our library in plain text format can be read using an electronic Braille terminal, converted to synthetic speech, or can be read onscreen in the print size and colour of your choice. Many books in our library are also available in Microsoft Word format. These have the benefit of including pictures and diagrams. All our Microsoft Word files use styles to make the document’s structure easy to navigate.
